Bluewaters Island

Concept Design through to Construction phases of the hospitality component of the island, comprising of a five star Luxury Hotel, Family Hotel, Branded Apartments, Conference Centre and Beach Club. Involved with the Concept and Schematic design of the Lux ury Hotel and Branded Apartment buildings, whilst overviewing all assets, then responsible for the delivery of the 2no. Branded Apartment buildings during the Detailed Design and IFC stages, coordinating with con – sultants in Dubai, South Africa and the USA.
